1. I think that the raiding schedule should try to be more structured e.g every1 day at 12:00 server time we raid, and schedule them on calander or something so people sign up that way we know we have a good amount of people and people can plan to be there.

2. More events such as the one coockie made the other day, they are fun and don't require a certain number of people.

3. Try to push so that everyone has atleast one proffession

4. share the love <3
