I found some bugs in magic wow to lvl up your Enchanting to +400 in less than 5mins!!!
for this First you need other hero with Enchanting 450 and some Armor_Vellum_III that Inscription can make it . With that hero make some easy Enchanting scrolls like Enchant Gloves - Gatherer or sth else and send them to your hero and Enchant your items with that scrolls {you must do Enchant with your hero} and you will see your Enchanting grow up fast but you have still main problem , RODs you must make them your self !!!
