im gonna give you a simple understanding of the rotation that i use(and yes druids follow a rotation)

1) natures swiftness will be your power as a druid(use it as it cools down)

2)your a druid not a miracle healer(your job is to keep the raid hp stable )AT ALL TIMES!

3)HOT HOT HOT! this will make your nourish make or break a successfull raid

4)your rotation will consist of mana breaking hot's so spirit will be at least 1200(basic amount passively from your gear)DO NOT GEM THIS

5)haste is good as a druid mainly cuz i use my regrowth alot but only to pop a 30 sec(36sec with talent tree)HOT, but dont push haste over 1050 haste .it will waist your time

ROATION!

1)regrowth (THIS GOES ON ALL OF THE PPL,NOT JUST 1 PERSON)
2)rejuvenation (ALL OF THE PPL AS WELL)
3)lifebloom(this is tank material) hot dont dare place it on anyone else,stacks up to 3 times so it is a hot and a bang amount of hp
4)USE HEALBOT AS A HEALER! if you dont have it download it and key bind it(ASAP!)

1)THIS INCREASES YOUR HEALING BY 6% FOR EVERY HOT YOU HAVE ON THAT TARGET


GLYPH OF RAPID REJUVENATION

1)INCREASING YOUR TICKS PER SECOND ON YOUR REJUV SPELL


GLYPH OF REBIRTH

IMPORTANT TO HAVE THIS ,REVIVES THE DEAD WITH 100% HP


AND THE MOST IMPORTANT IS GLYPH OF UNBURDEND REBIRTH

1) THIS MAKE REBIRTH REQUIRE NO REGENT
